This user keeps adding in the tag, along with the tag in instances where it isn't about bootstrap loading.

I've personally rejected 10 of these so far. Mods, can you please help?

    Wait, what the hell? So there's a user adding the [bootstrap] tag too? I was just watching someone else remove that tag from questions but I never saw this user in the revision history for any of those questions. In fact, now that I'm seeing this, I'm surprised they managed to avoid crossing paths.

    @BoltClock YES! I saw that guy too, he must be watching 'bootstrap' to take them out and the other guy is watching 'twitter-bootstrap' to put them in!

    Alright, I'm sure there's no actual malice here, just confusion when it comes to the tags (they have a lot of good edits to their credit).

    Maybe [bootstrap] should be synonymed to [bootstrapping] to remove confusion between the process and Twitter.

  • @MatthieuM. What if some other framework pops out with the same name( in different language)? I think instead of bootstrap-framework (as suggested in the linked post) the tag should be bootstrap-css.

    @dav_i: unfortunately, since people rarely (if ever) read the tag description when actually tagging, I doubt it would be of much use. If you read the question I linked above, 90% of the bootstrap tags are applied to the Twitter framework.

  • @MatthieuM. I've seen people literally tag their posts with tags whose descriptions say DO NOT USE THIS TAG as the first sentence.

    Could we just please burninate [bootstrap] already? I mean, the free karma from correcting the tags is nice, but ultimately hollow. Trying to keep [bootstrap] in existence as something other than the frontend framework is doomed to failure; it will drown in a sea of incorrectly, lazily tagged questions.
