When he asked a question, he's edited his own question. I am not sure this two are of same, but I feel that both accounts is of one person.

• What actions will be taken by moderators?
• Which of his account will be down? Or both?
• How it will treat?

I found a two accounts which I think belong to the same user, and the whole situation does look somewhat suspect.

• What action should I take when I find such accounts?
• What actions will be taken by moderators?
• Will any of the accounts be taken down? Will both be taken down?
