When building a custom view, the tag autocomplete widget position looks wrong
I was creating a custom view and noticed that the tag autocomplete widget appears at an awkward place:

Tag dropdown shows no suggestions
When asking question and typing tags it sometimes "bugs", so I have to type the tag fully myself without option to autocomplete tag or to read tag description.
