No. SO is the resource you go to when you don't know how to tweak your google searches to find results other than those that you have rejected (you might even have gone to page 3 to look) and your coworkers / friends don't know either (they even did their own googling). Then you ask a question. If you haven't put in some sort of effort into finding the answer yourself, why should they?
