"Duplicate questions" versus "RTFM"
@BrunoLowagie (sorry for the late chime in here) but as I said earlier and was said above, Google is the standard programming manual for many, many people, especially people that ask questions on SO. This is a human problem and hunting and pecking at one-time user1234's will just lead to frustration. Instead we need to attack from Google's perspective. Community Wikis are a great start, and like I said, if I get time I'll try to write a few. If you're interested, I'd also like to offer some of my spare time to help add more .Net documentation to the codebase.
