If you fill in a few more details about what it's for, how to use it, why it makes more sense there than on SO, and make an actual answer, I will accept it. I was planning to delete this post since it was not well received but was warned not to. So please take advantage of the situation.

I haven't used github. I thought it was a site for doing development, but I will look into it.
