Summary

I am a data scientist in the Australian public service. I am primarily interested in development and automation of ETL pipelines and the development of our quarterly econometric models.

Ph.D. - statistical genetics.

My PhD project primarily involved advanced statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

I used big data and high performance compute clusters to better understand the shared genetic relationship between ADHD presentations and to predict biological correlates using some of the worlds largest available genetic datasets.
