Once I had two stack Overflow accounts, where one of them is dummy which had around 300 points at that time and an another account(let's say main account) with 100 points or so.

From the main account I used to answer to questions and from the dummy account I used to up vote my own answer from the other account as well as questions posted to earn some points.

Well it didn't last long because the next thing I saw was that the points I have achieved in the process has been removed and the dummy account got banned for the same.

Thus, would like to know how stack overflow understands user behaviour.
