Thus, I would like to know if stack overflow uses data analytics or moderations to understand user's behaviour ( like fraud voting  ) or predict the same.

I had a doubt on this as in case if it does why it won't utilise it to it's full extent to handle the new users. If the same is being used (I'm not aware of it at this moment) we can decrease number of duplicates and doesn't require moderation.
