1It's easy enough to check if it shows up the same elsewhere, Yerko: Go to the featured tab, pick a question, check the bountier's profile. It appears to be globally broken, at least on SO. Probably just a bug with the new layout.– KendraCommented Apr 20, 2015 at 18:28

Well, maybe it wasn't only a single place…
Fix is building out right now, double-encoding should be gone in a few minutes.
