I already wrote email to the stackoverflow exchangeStack Overflow team but that doesn't seem to help. Robot answering?

For some odd reason (and from time to time) when opening stackoverflow.comstackoverflow.com I'm getting blocked with the "Too many requests" message. It happens for a few days, then itsit's gone, to show up a week later or so.

When iI do a netstat -an | grep 151.101 iI can see a ton of request are being setup when using Safari (just opening a single page), when doing the same with Chrome it seems to work fine.
