In that case, the question can be tagged in addition to http-get or http-post; just get or post by itself is too generic. These tags (in their tag description) specifically mention HTTP.

Why are we allowing usernames such as "stackoverflow", "stack overflow" and "moderator"?
I just wanted to say - the coolest username I have seen on SO yet - meet: Р̀СТȢѸ́ФХѾЦЧШЩЪЫЬѢѤЮѦѪѨѬѠѺѮѰѲѴ. Something to be said about minimum length rules.
