Now also I could just see the edit history and fetch the porn link. Even better, rollback the edit and voila ... then how come it doesn't necessarily need moderator intervention.?

@Oded, any update on this. Is this not resolved yet? Cause I still see it present. yesterday night I got 3 upvotes (30 points) which I see still missing from "Recent Achievement" section

Yes it's seriously broken. From today afternoon, am observing this behavior. even now also can see it's happening. Am getting upvotes and my total reputation score reflecting it but the "Recent Achievements" is not tracking it. Looks like a bug

Nope that at all not the reason ... I wanted to have that flair to use it in my resume and was not able to figure out how to generate one and thus had no other way than asking the question. Now I know and so I don't really mind deleting the question. am really not in favor of publicity.

Understood but for this question one line answer is enough and again I somehow don't like my profile getting publicized :)
