I provide tech support for people who provide tech support to end users, so I'm an IT Jack-of-All-Trades. I do much more than Desktop Support but lack the powers of a Network Administrator. I'm not a programmer, but I write a lot of VB, VBA, VBScript, ASP, PHP, Perl, and a bunch of lesser knowns. I maintain a few databases and the servers they run on, but I am not a database administrator. I've installed, maintained, and repaired T1's, DS/3's and their associated DSU's, CSU's, and Channel Banks, but I am not a network tech. I guess I find myself playing "Watson" to a whole lot of "Edisons".
