I am an assistant professor of computer science at the University of Maryland, College Park. My research interests are in developing algorithms and mathematical models for understanding biological processes, in particular those related to disease. This means implementing software and performing data analysis, mostly in Python and C. I also dabble in visualizing my analyses using D3.
