@CodyGray - That is exactly it, my reputation remains unchanged along with anyone else who has never asked a question, yet we are retroactively increasing everyone else's reputation which consequently devalues the reputation of those who only answered questions. It's basically conditional reputation inflation.

If I am understanding this correctly, Brave will award money to a site on behalf of the Brave wallet user. Brave then subsequently holds this money until the said site registers as a publisher and collects?
