I agree with what you're saying, but for example people who know about php, xdebug and phpunit might be perfectly able to answer my question while not knowing what phpstorm is. If phpstorm is a tag, then they can just hover over it and quickly read the description. "phpstorm" sounds like some php function and people might know assume it's an IDE.

It has occurred that I was looking at the recent badges list and clicked on a tumbleweed badge, so I wouldn't say that that it would draw the same attention as no badge at all.

Or flag it and exclude the name / user profile from this meta post as it could be interesting to discuss these probabilities but it's not necessary to include the user's name in this public post.
