@Menasheh anyone should be able to create a chat room (over a certain rep) if I remember right off the top of my head. You could create one yourself and then comment with a link.
@MarkAmery that's not good to sniff the user agent as this can penalize you (Google always knows :D). I'm curious if a nofollow attribute would make the link text not indexed, either.
