On posts tagged feature-request, voting may indicate agreement or disagreement with the proposed change, in addition to the quality or usefulness of the post itself. I'm making some specifics suggestions:
Top answer age >= 180 days
Accepts can substitute ceiling(50%) of your score requirement

A minor change to the description of the "not an answer" flag: "the question" → "a question"
The problem isn't the use or implementation of NAA. The flag itself is useless due to its unavoidable subjectivity. It should be replaced with:
