Can we get a ***"This is a beginner question"*** checkbox on the Ask Question page for this too?

I know I see a lot of posts prefixed with some form of *"I'm a beginner...*" and these are usually the type of duplicate/low-quality posts that users using this filter won't want to see.

Users that are new to a technology frequently don't know what they should be Googling for to figure out what they want to do, so often its easiest to just ask a question on Stack Overflow. I know that's the case for me many times, and I've wished I had something like this in the past so I know my beginner-level question doesn't disturb the real "experts".
