I've just noticed that PHP is the only programming language with it's own Collective. A lot of it's "discussions" are more fitted to be like questions, (take this one or this one for examples). If you are thinking that it would be a good place to hold discussions, why don't we have a Collective for other programming languages--for example JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, Node.JS, the list goes on and on! So why do we have this oddball?
