I do not know if StackOverflow allows the chat GPT Web Crawler to scrap information from this site so that it can use it to train it's large language model but Open AI are reportedly encouraging sites to block the GPT web crawler's ip address if they are concerned about their info being used to train the bot. Since the crawler could be scraping information available on StackOverflow to train the bot, will StackOverflow ban the crawler or its already banned?
