That's cool and all, but... what happened to interesting questions?
I may have missed some post or response where staff already covered the topic, but this is the third year in a row where not even a single remotely interesting question has surfaced. The length of the survey is ok and the questions are also ok (more or less). I could personally do without demographic questions, which I skipped, but I understand those are also interesting.
You have lots of actually interesting questions to choose from past years (before you completely stopped asking for suggestions, meh). Why not just pick one or two?
Especially this year, there are lots of interesting questions that I would love to check results about regarding e.g. salary expectations, remote working, work week schedule, etc.
