-2or less- all non-deleted answers have a score of
-1or less- if there is a non-deleted accepted answer, it has a score of
-2or less- has not received any vote in the past
9days- isn't on a meta site
... it will be automatically deleted. These are "abandoned low score", and are termed as
RemoveAbandonedLowScore.
