This has happened a few times for me over the past week or so but this am it seems to be happening consistently:

Doesn't seem to affect meta. No console errors, can't see anything getting blocked, etc in the network tab. Browser is Chrome 61.0.3163.100.

I've tried clearing the cache, etc.

Is something broken?
