Based on my previous experience I have got a hint stack overflow uses some complex techniques to understand user's behaviour which is almost real time.

Thus,I would like to know if stack overflow uses data analytics or moderations to understand user's behaviour or predict the same. I had a doubt on this as in case if it does why it won't utilise it to it's full extent to handle the new users. If the same is being is used (I'm not aware of at this moment) we can decrease number of duplicates and doesn't require moderation.
