### Keep the existing 30-min delay.

**Quality Answers require at least 30-min spending on them:**  

1. Checking for Duplicate(s).  
2. Writing.  
3. Testing.  
4. Checking Writing for typos and grammar, ... and posting.

If a Question is "so easy" to answer (in less than 30 minutes, just after answering a previous one), even for <125-Rep Users, then it's very-very-very probably a duplicate...

By keeping the delay at 30 min, at least a _curating_ Gold Badge Hammer user in the tag (for large Tags) will hopefully have the time to close newly posted questions with their correct duplicate.  

Users with lower reputation answering questions with high frequency, below 30 minute intervals, are generally just trying to get some reputation by answering the easiest questions that probably should be closed as duplicates.

I joined 'SO' as an "answerer" about 10 years ago and never needed less than 30 minutes to post an answer. (Or I could have waited easily for 27-min for my next answer!)
