I have a theoretical computer network question about the IPv4 . It clearly does not belong to stackoverflow, but the problem is that we do not have a dedicated CN(computer network) site and I am confused which one of these sites (all have CN questions and tags) might be a better place.

• superuser(closed)
• serverfault (removed)

and stackexchange have not tags for IPv4 .

I have not any tutor . My source of leaning is only stackoverflow/stackexchange .

Where to ask theoretical computer network ?
