Five different questions on Nebula Graph (SO tag: ) asked by five different people in the last hour.

Does this warrant moderator intervention?

To me the questions appear to be AI generated.

It also appears that they were posted by the same person using different SO accounts. Why would somebody create different accounts in order to post different questions?

    Five people asking five questions looks like SO operating as intended. Are these questions low quality? Off-topic? You need to explain what's wrong.

    At least 5 people asked all a question on the same day in a span of ~10 minutes, at least 3 times. Looks a bit suspicious if you ask me. astroturfing maybe?

    We've handled some tags with similar patterns before. I have not looked, so can't verify if it's the case here, but the tags we've seen with similar patterns have usually involved employees at the company making the product the tag is for, vote fraud, and extensive sockpuppetry, and the MO usually being spam-like seeding of questions. The questions can often be off-topic as well, which I'm seeing here too. Wouldn't take long for a mod to verify if there's a problem; it's figuring out how deep the rabbit hole goes that takes time. I strongly recommend you flag

    I don't have time to dig into it and fully confirm it right now, but from a quick look at our tooling, there is a potential problem with those questions that is worth a moderator looking at.

    Very far-fetched, but also the profile pictures and names follow a certain pattern here. You should definitely flag it. It's better to be too careful than to lose out in the end.

    It's not just a burst of questions today. Over and over again, looking back through the tag of history, there's a consistent pattern of multiple questions posted within minutes, separated by days (typically an entire week) with no activity.

    Seriously, there's no way this is organic. Compare to some other tags with the same number of questions in SEDE: [testing-library], [windows-kernel], [collatz]. (I guess questions tagged testing-library are prone to being deleted, even though that's apparently a real library name.)

    The last 100 questions in the tag were mainly asked by a group of about 10 accounts (there are a few seemingly legit questions by legit accounts). Most of these accounts have no reputation. The quesionts have a score of 0 and are basically always posted in bursts of at least 2-3 questions within 10 minutes. This reeks of abuse.

    A SEDE on the questions doesnt give a positive light on users who ask in that tag. One user has asked 43 questions (and 19 answers) and has only 3 posts with a score of >=1 (and they are all 1). It appears they also work for Nebula, based on their GitHub profile. If these are all illegitimate then at least there's little to no vote fraud at the moment (appears historically there was). They really should have just 35 rep (they got the 100 assoc bonus from vote fraud; I wish that could be removed too...)

    These situations sometimes recur after the mods clean it up. It can help to have people on meta aware of the situation to point it out (despite my own previous advice to just use a flag). It also sometimes helps figuring out the extent of the problem, though sometimes that really does require mod tools. Finally, it helps raise awareness of the general pattern, which has now happened in a few unrelated tags.

This shows strong evidence of inauthentic usage. In my opinion, this tag is in severe need of cleanup at a minimum. Many of the questions are of dubious quality even if they were asked in good faith (which they clearly weren't). There are many questions in this tag that deserve to be closed and downvoted.

    And the good news is a huge chunk of them are just not about programming, so it's easy to pick a good close reason.
