I am part of a platform that is aimed at helping end users move from one company to another (job switching). Our platform has various functionalities, such as cover letter builder, resume builder, job application board and more.
Our users have indicated many times that they would like to see job postings on our platform from relevant employers. Would it be according to the ToC to pull Stack Overflow’s jobs and put it on our platform?
We will give credit to Stack Overflow and mention by name, not manipulate the data in any way or form, and essentially drive traffic to Stack Overflow’s job postings. We simply want to show our users possible relevant jobs and then direct them there, nothing more.
Our platform has a subscription model, but the feature will be open to both paying and free users. What do you think? We of course want to make sure we follow the terms of service.
