I got the privilege of approving tag wiki edits today. However, I did not get a notification about it. (This was in the morning.)
It's not visible in the Achievements menu, either.

IIRC the scripts to push privilege notifications runs like once or twice a day (it's been a while since I've received another privilege). I'd give it 24 hours.– NathanOliverSep 14, 2017 at 15:54

Thanks to @NathanOliver, I just found out that I am a veteran user according to SE and I won't receive notifications about privileges anymore. Cool!
