I don't see what the problem is.

You don't link to the post in question but I will go by what you have posted here, assuming everything is accurate.

low on content/meaning/substance, high on pomp and truisms, sounding authoritative, passive voice, impersonal, abstract rather than concrete

If the answer is clearly unhelpful (or blatantly wrong), edit it if you think you can salvage it, or flag for deletion if not. That has been true before chatgptChatGPT was even invented. There is no reason to make every issue an argument about AI use.
