So what you're recommending is the premise of my issue - and doesn't address the core concern: premature deletion of directly user-targeted comments. I don't think it's reasonable to expect all users to do what you suggest, especially inexperienced / occasional users - and they have a reasonable expectation of being notified of follow-up comments. | |
