The title of EVERY SINGLE page on Stack Overflow has it printed in large friendly letters: "Stack Overflow" (see also <stackoverflow.com/legal/trademark-guidance> (the last section)).

The latter is what "Mjölnir" is used to describe. Community moderators can perform any action unilaterally and always have been able to.
