It's deliberately provocative - it's intending to piss you off. Contrast this with an easter egg, which is subtle and hides - it forces you to discover it through exploration. This slaps you in the face - it's not subtle, it doesn't require any cleverness to discover, and it forces you to stop what you're doing, break your concentration, and figure out how to turn the damned thing off. | |
