Sligtly off topic, but on the topic of moderating Articles, do I lose reputation for downvoting an Article? I don't see why downvoting an Article should work like downvoting an answer.

Also, to downvote an Article, as noted in the comments I have to give 15 characters of feedback. After doing so, where is the feedback given? According to the text, does the OP of the Article see the feedback? I hope not.... I wrote a very enlightening feedback:

"off-topic why do I have to type moree?"
