Here is my pure CSS version of tinker's userscript.
- There is no flash of hidden content while the page is loading
- It hides hot meta posts and Stack Overflow blog. The OP requested hiding everything except related questions.
- It works on more Stack Exchange sites in addition to Stack Overflow: AskUbuntu, Server Fault, Super User, and
*.stackexchange.com.
- First, install Stylus
- Then, install the stylesheet here
