Occasionally, room owner behavior is a cause of unruliness. Regulating this is a gray area on SO.

Feb 25, 2019 at 22:25	comment	added	Machavity Mod		@StephenKennedy I loosely based it on this incident (I added a lot more drama to this Q), but there have been other incidents where chat got out of hand and moderators (or CMs) were needed.It's a roundabout way about asking what a potential mod would do with an unruly chat room.
