I found this and got confused that how this suggest edit Approved.

As per my knowledge (may be wrong) user with 2k+ rep edits instantly applied, but below 2k rep, its goes to review line where 3k+ rep user can be reviewed it and if 2 user gives approval then that edit consider as approved or vice versa. and suggest edit closed.

but in above case 2 users rejected 12 hours ago due to a question was translated from non-English into English. so how question owner approved it 2 hours ago it because after 2 user rejection suggest edit will be cancelled.

As per my knowlage after 2 rejection or approval suggest edit should be disappear

As per my knowledge (maybe wrong), edits by a user with 2k+ rep are instantly applied, but below 2k rep, the edit goes to review, where 3k+ rep users can look at it, and if 2 give approval, then the edit is considered as "approved", and the suggestion is closed.

But in this case 2 users rejected the suggestion 12 hours ago. So how did the question owner approve it 2 hours ago; after the two rejections, the suggestion should be cancelled.

Per my knowledge after 2 rejections or approvals, the suggested edit should disappear.
