If you see plagiarism where the answers are otherwise reasonable answers to the question raise a custom flag, tell the moderator where the copying is coming from. It's always possible there's a voting ring and the questioners are involved too. The mods will investigate and deal with the whole thing.

The charcoal hq chat room exists to catch spammers so if you let that room know they can do things such as add the site to the bot's list of spammer sites and then the room will get notified each time there's a post. The people in that room can then raise spam flags. Obviously it's harder for them if the answers are otherwise on-topic as usually spam is of the buy my meds type but they have generally been around long enough to know to look for promotion of sites by plagiarism too.
