Hamburger menus 1. tend to be displayed as sidebar, 2. often an “off-canvas drawer” sidebar, and 3. almost always display “catch all links”— all the stuff that didn't deserve primary 1-click navigation. Making it look like a hamburger menu is somewhat confusing in this respect; I expect it to contain links to (in addition to SE Sites) Feed, Drafts, History, About, & Log Out— reflecting the well-designed hamburger menu in the official Stack Exchange iPad App. | |
