This webpage has Attempting to create a CV creates a redirect loop ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS(ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)

Whenever I try to createCVcreate a CV from stackoverflowthe profile option, browser Chrome hits the below URL and in response I am getting anget the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Is this a problem with my computer or is it only methis a bug? Any solution to that.
