I like this a lot. One idea:

Highlight recent orquestions that are unanswered posts(no accepted answer) by team members, separate from thein addition to top or recent ones.

If you're into the team, either because you're on it, or just interested in how they work, etc, it'd be cool to see what they're posting about now.

And if they're ASKING questions and need help, the people following are likely to be especially excited to be able to help a colleague or provide a solution to a team they're a fan of.
