How to triagereview a First Post question that clearly belongs on another stackexchange site?

I was doing some First Posts ReviewsFirst Posts reviews and I came across a question about Unix.

The question did did look oklook ok, but it does not belong to stackoverflowon Stack Overflow.

What should I do? Mark Looks OKLooks OK and then move it to another site?
