I want to block a very irritating user on Stack Exchange from answering or, commenting in, or voting on any of my posts inon any ofsite in the sitesStack Exchange network. Is there a way to do it?

If not, then can I expect Stack Exchange to introduce blocking in the near future? I know I can flag answersposts or comments, but I don't even want that user to answer or comment, or interact with me in the first place, let alone being flagged.
