The citation on that question is that they use percentages to discover the top migrations. I think this is a bit flawed because the other options aren't available; most notably the mobile questions or it security. Therefore I think what happens is no one flags them and moves on. | |

Couldn't agree more. After clicking about 100 times - if not more - on Offtopic -> Belongs on another site in the network only to discover for the 100th time that crypto and IT security or non the list. I guess the problem is that SO only caters for the most common tags, for which the list of 5 sites is adequate.
