I think the appropriate thing to ask is what incentive there is to write out the comment as an answer. The only three I can think of are:

  1. Useless internetInternet points
  2. Fame and glory

For a lot of people, 3 is not a priority at all (myself included), and 1 and 2 are superfluous after a certain point. I'm here to see if I can solve some problems and learn something.
