I would like to ask your opinions regarding answers with Optional Parameters in Office Solutions.
Specifically, there are many instances of Qs&As which mention the usage of
Type.Missing in place of optional parameters.
Actually, these days both C# and VB.NET will automatically provide the default in place of Optional Parameters (except ref)
Therefore, most of the posts in the query results page are outdated and I am wondering whether an Office.Interop expert is allowed to go ahead and edit the posts to make them up to date?
I am sure it would take a lot of time and effort to go through all of these posts therefore I would like to hear from you whether it's a good or bad idea to update it?
